The Department of Airspace Control is an organization of the Brazilian State, subordinate to the Ministry of Defense and to the Brazilian Air Force, responsible for the strategic and systemic control of the country’s airspace.

All services that require a high degree of technology, manpower and research, related to the administration, management and the effective control of the Brazilian airspace, are provided by DECEA.
